The Official SEAS August 7, 2010 Meeting

When:   Saturday, August 7, 2010
Time:    Noon
Where:  The Library Center
Topic:   Anemone/Clown Pairings & Care

Join us at The Library Center for a presentation on Anemones and Clownfish presented by Austin Pekarek aka Clowns101.  Austin will show us a number of anemone/clownfish pairs while providing us with the care requirements for each.

Coral auction winners can pick up their new corals immediately after the meeting.

Again, what a great meeting!  Every meeting has been different!  And we didn't get lost!  :D  Right on time.

Thanks to all who were involved in the auction.  It was a blaaa-blaaa-blaaast, dang sheep anyways.  I woulda had that old spit up hunka bubble gum, if'n.  ;D  Didn't even get a peek.  Maybe next time.

What are we going to do with Austin [clowns101], the speaker, when he turns 15?  Dang, can't imagine what he'll be when he grows up!  :o  Great job, Austin!  Very professional!  You better go to college...

Free shrooms, needles, prizes and coolant fans!  Now that's more than any one expected.  :o

Great to see familiar and new faces.  The meetings just aren't long enough for my taste.  ;)  They go so fast.

Thanks guys.I was nervus,well very nervus,and its hard to speak up there when I seen all the new faces!But I enjoyed it,wont mind doing it again either!

LOL. I didnt even know Austin was 14 until I read this  thread. Congrats man, not to many 14 year olds would be able to stand in front of mostly newer people but you held your ground. not to mention all the very usefull info. Now I'm hoping my clowns will go with the frogspawn. (something I learned from the meeting).

 And for being the first meeting I have gone to I was very happy. I look forward to going to many more in the future.

Thanks guys!Its pretty fun!I enjoy clownfish and anemones,I also enjoy keeping LPS corals like chalice and favia,SPS corals like Montipora and Acropora also!I dont just do the clownfish and anemones!If I did,that would be boring!
