Join The SEAS

* Welcome to The SEAS - Springfield, Missouri
The Saltwater Enthusiasts of Springfield (SEAS) is an association of hobbyists who share a common interest in marine aquaria.  The club was founded in 2005 and has active participation of around 100 members, with an additional 100 people registered on this forum. 

The SEAS meets the first Saturday of every month at noon. Meetings are held at The Library Center at 4653 S Campbell Avenue.  Members and non-members alike are welcome to attend our meetings.

The Official SEAS August 7, 2010 Meeting

When:   Saturday, August 7, 2010

Where:  The Library Center
Topic:   Anemone/Clown Pairings & Care

Join us at The Library Center for a presentation on Anemones and Clownfish presented by Austin Pekarek aka Clowns101.  Austin will show us a number of anemone/clownfish pairs while providing us with the care requirements for each.

Coral auction winners can pick up their new corals immediately after the meeting.

Your leadership team is working on a fund raising project to raise funds for club activities such as the upcoming poker run and our next coral fragging event.  And We Need Your Help!!

We are planning an online club auction.  We will auction off corals donated by our membership (you!)

The auction will be held from 7/30 - 8/6.

Winners will be able to pick up their corals at the meeting on 8/7.
 
If you have a special coral (frag) to donate, please submit a photo and description with care requirements to Joel835 no later than Thursday 7/29.

Please contact Joel for more information on how to submit your donation.

All proceeds go towards club events!
